A company selling Pink Himalayan Salt approached Custom Paper Tubes to design and manufacture a salt air inhaler.  The application required a non-metal container with holes in the ends to allow air flow through a filter cartridge.  Die charges for a paper mesh with small holes were prohibitive, leading our design team to suggest plastic netting material which was punched to match the container diameter.  The finished product is a telescoping tube with an elegant, non-printed outer wrap that is filled with Himalayan salt.  A mouthpiece is then added, allowing patients to inhale air channeled through salt for therapeutic benefits.
