There is a flat rate of $22.95 (US) to cover the shipping and handling of the kit within the contiguous US. This can be paid via a PayPal® invoice. Or, simply provide your UPS® or FedEx® account number when requesting your sample kit. The rate will vary when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and for international shipping. All shipping and handling costs for sample kits are non-refundable.
